Welcome to BanterWear (operated by RSGT, LLC). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. We kept them readable — please actually read them.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract (or have a guardian's OK) to order.

2. Products & made-to-order

Items are produced on demand. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product. Size charts are provided — please use them.

3. Pricing & errors

Prices are in USD and may change. If we make an obvious pricing or typo error, we may cancel the order and refund you (we'll tell you).

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, errors, or limits). If we cancel, you get a refund.

5. Intellectual property

All BanterWear designs, names, logos, and copy are the property of RSGT, LLC and protected by IP law. Don't copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission. See our Intellectual Property policy for details and our DMCA process.

6. Email & SMS communications

By providing your email or phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional messages (order and shipping updates) and, if you opt in, marketing messages (offers, new drops) by email and/or text. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for help; unsubscribe from email anytime. 7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.

8. Third-party services & fulfillment

We rely on third parties (Shopify, payment processors, and our print partners) to run the store and fulfill orders. Their services are governed by their own terms.

9. Shipping, returns & refunds

Governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which are part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the site is error-free or that a shirt will fix your social life (though it helps).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSGT, LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RSGT, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Texas.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
