When will my order ship?

Every item is made to order (less waste, fresher prints), so allow 2–5 business days for production, then 3–7 business days for US delivery once it ships. International varies by destination. If we're slammed, we'll add a note at checkout — we'd rather tell you than leave you guessing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free US shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, a flat rate shows at checkout.

Are your designs original?

They're ours. We create our own designs and protect them — see our Intellectual Property policy. If you think something crosses a line, tell us at legal@banterwear.com and we'll look into it fast.

What if something's wrong with my order?

We lead with generosity. Defect, misprint, damage, or wrong item? Email chitchat@banterwear.com within 30 days with a quick photo and in almost every case we'll ship a free replacement — no need to mail anything back. Prefer something else? How do I pick the right size?

Check the size guide on each product page. Our tees are a modern unisex fit and run slightly relaxed — if you like it closer to the body, size down.

Where do you ship?

United States and select international destinations (shown at checkout).

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. (Check spam if it's playing hard to get.)

I ordered the wrong size / changed my mind — help?

Because items are made to order we can't do traditional change-of-mind returns, but reach out anyway — we handle these case by case and we're reasonable people.

How do I reach a human?
