    • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our print-on-demand services, we are currently not able to revise any orders once placed. If you made an error on your order please email support@banterwear.com so our customer service team can assist. 
    • Production time typically runs 1-2 days, with orders being shipped out within 3-5. For holidays, shipments may take longer due to volume & carrier closures.
    • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. Please note, we do not have any control over the tracking updates as those are managed through the postal carrier services.
    • We provide a measurement chart on each item's page with the applicable product measurements. 
    • Although some of our items run much larger or much smaller than that sizing. We would recommend comparing your own measurements to those on the sizing chart to find your best fit!
